The Belle Époque Residence has been designed by Genig Studio now regarded as one of the most successful Bulgarian architectural teams. The project Developer is the renowned company Choston Developments (brand name of Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd). The design of Belle Époque was inspired by the timeless architecture that helped make the French Riviera so famous.
